These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and za88 ("za88", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the za88 online gaming platform accessible at za88.games, including all related subdomains, mobile applications, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on za88. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Once your account is registered and verified, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. This responsibility includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

You must:

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential at all times.

Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. za88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with our then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you via your registered email address before any fee is applied.

Account Closure: You may close your za88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your last-used payment method subject to standard verification procedures. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.

All financial transactions on the za88 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are denominated in USDT with a PKR equivalent displayed at current exchange rates.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast): within 4–24 hours of approval

General Bonus Conditions:

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches), football, and other sports — are governed by za88's Sports Betting Rules, a summary of which includes:

• Bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the minimum duration of play required for settlement has been completed, unless markets have already been determined.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. za88 accepts no liability for any delay between live event action and the updating of in-play markets on the Platform.
• za88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, provided that such voiding is applied consistently and without discrimination.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games including live dealer tables, slots, Super Keno, and Monster Crash are supplied by independently certified third-party providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

In all cases where za88 is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you on the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit za88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments: za88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Termination by za88: za88 may suspend or permanently close your account and terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice, if:

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct on your account.

Upon termination for cause, za88 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established within 30 days, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your last-used payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to za88's operating jurisdiction.
